New Castle Communities

Our Story

In 1080 AD, the Normans built a wooden bridge over the River Tyne and a wooden castle. The construction of the bridge and the new castle resulted in naming the settlement Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. Newcastle played a major role in the Industrial Revolution, making Britain “the workshop of the world”. The ingenuity, grit, and perseverance of its people transformed Newcastle into one of the most important cities in North East England.

We are creating a unique and refreshing perspective on homes and communities.

Newcastle has a wonderful eclectic mix of different styles and periods of architecture. We draw from this rich cultural and architectural heritage to build homes that help people connect easily with family, friends, and community. Our family-oriented homes transform communities into ones with timeless beauty. We create inspired living spaces that seamlessly blend different lifestyles with form, function, and style. Our homes are safe havens and comfort zones; they are places to create new memories and to celebrate life.
